Through the debt recovery activity, Contentia provide a service to their partner clients, all the while assisting debtor clients. This makes us primarily a human-based company. We are very keen to preserve this human capital, which is why we hire efficient employees who will, in turn, abeable to evolve with us throughout their careers.

Our intention is to assist each of our contributors through their personal and professional development. For that purpose, TRAINING is an essential part of their curriculum, ensuring the efficiency and competitiveness of our company.

Upon being hired, all of our recovery agents get trained to technical tools, processes, and above all, to the ethics code that we practise here in Contentia. This follow-up is then pursued by training coaches with educational qualities who are eager to pass on their professional know-how.
The Area Managers, who lead the teams of recovery agents, get trained for Participative Mangement in order to guarantee the successful taking up of their position, thanks to a very close follow-up of their co-workers.
This training assistance involves all the employees who have it in their course to take in new positions, or who need this assistance in order to develop new skills.
